Proclaiming Truth, Transforming Lives
"Beloved, while I was very diligent to write to you concerning our common salvation, I found it necessary to write to you exhorting you to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints."
— Jude 1:3 (NKJV)The Reformation TV exists to answer the urgent call expressed in Jude 1:3—to contend earnestly for the faith which was once for all delivered to the saints. In an age of theological compromise and doctrinal confusion, we stand committed to defending and proclaiming the unchanging truth of God's Word.
Like Jude, who felt compelled to write concerning "our common salvation," we are driven by a holy urgency to equip believers with sound biblical doctrine. The faith has been "once for all delivered"—it is complete, sufficient, and unchanging. Our mission is not to invent new teachings but to faithfully proclaim and defend the historic Christian faith handed down through the apostles and recovered during the Protestant Reformation.
We glorify God by proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and the doctrines of grace. Through clear, accessible, and biblically faithful teaching, we aim to educate, encourage, and challenge Christians to grow in their knowledge of God, to stand firm against false teaching, and to live lives that honor Christ in all things.
We contend for the faith by defending the truth of Scripture against error, distortion, and compromise. This means standing firm on God's Word as the supreme and final authority, teaching it accurately, and exposing false doctrines that threaten the church.
The "common salvation" of which Jude speaks is the gospel of Jesus Christ. We contend for the faith by proclaiming salvation by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone—the unchanging message that transforms lives and gives eternal hope.
To contend earnestly requires knowledge, conviction, and courage. We are committed to equipping believers with biblical teaching, theological clarity, and practical wisdom so they can discern truth from error and stand firm in their faith.
The faith was "once for all delivered to the saints"—it is a sacred trust to be guarded and passed on faithfully to future generations. We are stewards of this precious deposit, responsible to preserve and proclaim it without addition or subtraction.
Jude found it "necessary" to write—there was an urgency to his mission. We share that same urgency, recognizing that the stakes are eternal. False teaching destroys souls. Biblical truth saves them. Our work is driven by love for God's glory and compassion for people's souls.
We contend for the faith by upholding the biblical truths recovered during the Protestant Reformation: Scripture alone, grace alone, faith alone, Christ alone, and glory to God alone. These are not optional preferences but essential foundations of the Christian faith.
Scripture Alone: We affirm that the Bible is the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and practice. God's Word is sufficient, clear, and authoritative for the life of the believer and the church.
Faith Alone: We believe that justification is by grace alone through faith alone in Christ alone. Salvation is a gift from God, received through faith, not earned by human works or merit.
Grace Alone: We proclaim that salvation is entirely of God's grace. From beginning to end, our redemption is the work of God's sovereign, unmerited favor toward sinners.
Christ Alone: We teach that Jesus Christ is the only mediator between God and humanity. Salvation is found exclusively in Him, and all glory belongs to Him alone.
Glory to God Alone: We exist for the glory of God alone. Everything we do is aimed at magnifying His name and pointing people to His greatness, goodness, and grace.
We are committed to teaching the whole counsel of God's Word with accuracy, clarity, and relevance, remaining faithful to the historic Christian faith handed down through the ages.
"I charge you therefore before God and the Lord Jesus Christ, who will judge the living and the dead at His appearing and His kingdom: Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season. Convince, rebuke, exhort, with all longsuffering and teaching."
— 2 Timothy 4:1-2 (NKJV)
